Steam Egg Plant every day to keep your circulation and chi moving! Sprinkle with cinnamon or turmeric after steaming, if desired. In China, steamed egg plant is used for people with stagnated blood. This is probably one of the best foods for reducing stiff and tight muscles. A must for all fibro folk.

One of my favorite breakfast meals is based on the Paleolithic Diet, which is basically a CAN OF SARDINES and a GRANNY SMITH APPLE !  It sure does not sound like your typical American breakfast, but it can be a life saver, especially since most typical breakfast meals contain gluten, butter, or heated oils. The Paleolithic Diet, also known as the “cave man diet”, basically consists of foods that were consumed before fire was discovered or used in preparing meals. You can do a google search to learn more about the Paleolithic diet to get more food ideas or visit this wikipedia link for more details : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleolithic_diet

Note: It may be best to buy a can of sardines in water, not oils or sauces.

Butter and heated oils in a frying or baking pan can mean muscle pain and stiffness the next day. Experiment using butter and oils in meals and then prepare a meal without them. See if you can see a difference.

As for fibro tips, my biggest are: Stay away from flour and sugar especially anything with high fructose corn syrup and NO artificial flavors or sugars of any kind. READ ALL labels and if you can’t say it or describe the ingredient don’t eat it. Make fresh organic and clean food. I have experienced first hand how the pain levels, swelling, and generally crabbiness increases with the use of flour/sugar. Anyone with arthritis should never eat those items.
Just to add that I have been very lax lately with my diet and my arthritis areas are extremely stiff and sore and  I can  directly relate it to eating white flour and sugars and have had this happen times in the past.
So I want to stress no eating flours and sugars to reduce your pain levels and internal inflammation. Also a good vege/fruit wash is to use 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract combined with one cup white vinegar and one cup spring or distilled water. Put in a spray bottle and spritz your items and let them set .Let your produce sit for about 5 minutes with spray on them and rinse well… should get 90% of pesticides of residues off……don’t eat any of the top pesticide items except in organic. Never eat regular grapes from Chili…..Get the EFT manual info free on line and use it daily and when in stressful situations. I think  it is www.garycraig.com
