One of my favorite breakfast meals is based on the Paleolithic Diet, which is basically a CAN OF SARDINES and a GRANNY SMITH APPLE !  It sure does not sound like your typical American breakfast, but it can be a life saver, especially since most typical breakfast meals contain gluten, butter, or heated oils. The Paleolithic Diet, also known as the “cave man diet”, basically consists of foods that were consumed before fire was discovered or used in preparing meals. ACORN SQUASH

Slice acorn squash in two (carefully!)

Remove seeds from inside.

Place 1 Tbs of honey in center and/or 1 Tbs of butter

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Place in oven dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 375 F for 90 minutes.
